Research experience and work history

Postdoctoral Researcher

2021-07 – 2024-07

Radboud University, Nijmegen, Nederland

  • Programmed in Scilab simulation of atom–diatom inelastic collision possibly with non-parallel electric field with the prospect of extending it to more complex systems like ammonia.
  • Made a Scilab 5 library allowing for C♯ LINQ / Java streams functional style programmation and chaining akin to SQL queries using closures and operator overloading.
  • Coded interactive plots in Python to explore the multi-dimensional parameters landscape of cross sections.
  • Taught Quantum Dynamics for second-year masters's students.

Research Doctorate

2017-09 – 2021-06

Université de Bourgogne, Dijon, France

Collisional quantum dynamics

  • Used different numerical methods to study quantum scattering theory and stereodynamics applied to an isotopic exchange reaction of oxygen, mainly in the context of the mass-independant fraction (MIF) of ozone.
  • Produced stereodynamical portraits for the visualization of spherical probability density function.
  • Supervised by Pascal Honvault and Grégoire Guillon.
  • Access to the thesis in the Publications section (an english summary is available).

First Year Master Research Internship

2016-04 – 2016-08

Université de Bourgogne, Dijon, France

Numerical simulation for linear and non-linear quantum control

  • Studied spectral methods applied to non-linear quantum phenomena modeling atomic and molecular Bose–Einstein condensation.
  • Produced graphical animation to see wavefunction transition from ground to excited state in MATLAB.
  • Supervised by Stéphane Guérin.

Bachelor's Degree Supervised Research Work

2015-05 – 2015-06

Université de Bourgogne, Dijon, France

Control of quantum systems by laser pulses: numerical simulation of basics quantum processes

  • Studied STIRAP theory and modeled a quantum NOT gate in MATLAB.
  • Supervised by Hans-Rudolf Jauslin.

Freelance IT Developer

2012-09 – 2016-09

City of Dijon, Dijon, France

  • Made software and SharePoint 2010 and 2013 web tools developments in C#/.NET.
  • Constructed a metier framework in C# with an AJAX library, constituted of a layer of abstraction of data persistence, an automatic GUI code generation and a metier workflow integration.
  • Used for the architecture of the citizen platform eservices.dijon.fr.

Internship

2012-06 – 2012-08

City of Dijon, Dijon, France

  • Developed metier software and an intranet in Java/GWT.
  • Developed an Android offline application with on-base data synchronization management.

IUT Project and Internship

2010-10 – 2011-06

CNRS for Côte-d'Or Tourisme, Dijon, France

  • Developed a touristic application on iPhone in Objective-C with a client/server basis in Java and XML, based on research work in semantic web and recommendation systems.
